If you have a proven track record of selling into hospitals and are experienced in managing multiple stakeholders, we would love to hear from you! As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for leading a portfolio of B. Braun products and services across our Urology, Oncology, Vascular Access, and Anaesthetics business segments. You will be accountable for driving sales growth, profitability, customer acquisition, and overall customer experience within your assigned territory. This will be achieved through developing and strengthening long-term relationships, as well as building strategic partnerships with key stakeholders across targeted hospitals. Key Responsibilities Location: Field-based role covering the Dublin territory Achieve sales targets by delivering revenue growth and profitability in line with monthly and quarterly objectives Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts Engage with key decision-makers, including consultants, nursing and clinical KOLs, and procurement teams Proactively manage and develop customer accounts to maximise their full sales potential Collaborate closely with internal operational teams to plan and execute new business initiatives Deliver product training and education to both new and existing customers Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers Represent B. Braun at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry meetings (occasional weekend work may be required) Implement account development strategies focused on attraction, retention, and growth of key customers Maintain accurate and up-to-date territory records, ensuring timely reporting in line with management expectations Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal B. Braun teams Knowledge & Skills Experience within the healthcare industry, hospital environment, or medical sales is essential A clinical background is not required Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to apply clinical knowledge to relevant therapy areas (desirable) Solid understanding of competitor products and services Good knowledge of hospital structures and stakeholder roles Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team Strong organisational, administrative, and IT skills Flexibility to travel regularly across Dublin and, where required, the wider Leinster region Full, clean Irish driving licence Eligibility to work in Ireland Skills: Experience within the healthcare industry, hospi Strong commercial acumen Benefits: 25 days annual leave, increasing with LOS Performance-related bonus scheme Company car or car allowance Company pension scheme to support your future Private health insurance Recognition programmes and long service awards Education and continuous professional development
