Our client, a growing and well-established IT Infrastructure business based in Tallaght, Dublin 24, is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join their senior leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Finance Manager ready to take the next step in their career into a Financial Controller position within a fast-paced and commercially driven environment. The Role Reporting directly to senior management, you will take full ownership of the finance function while managing a busy finance team and overseeing all aspects of the month-end process. Key responsibilities will include: Full management of month-end and year-end close processes Leading and mentoring a high-performing finance team Financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting Cashflow management and financial controls Business partnering with operational teams Managing audit and compliance requirements Driving process improvements across the finance function The Person To be considered for this role, you must have: Qualified Accountant status (ACA / ACCA / CIMA / CPA) Minimum 5 years PQE Strong experience managing all aspects of month-end Previous experience leading a busy finance team Industry experience within IT, IT Infrastructure, Construction, or a similar project-driven environment Please note: Candidates without relevant industry exposure will not be considered Applicants must hold a valid visa permitting them to work in Ireland Hybrid - One day at home 4 days office To apply, please send an updated copy of your CV to Laura OConnor at Sigmar Accountancy: Email: Mobile: Skills: financial control month end staff management telecoms infastructure finance accountancy Benefits: Paid Holidays VHI Pension Negotiable Bonus See Description Permanent Health Insurance
