The specifics of the role include monitoring and achieving profit, sales, and performance goals; overseeing the eyeglass department for efficiency and compliance; conveying a commitment to outstanding customer service; ensuring quality standards are met; communicating with the General Manager, District Manager, and Corporate Office; ensuring store promotions and visual merchandising are in place; supervising and motivating opticians and sales associates; assisting the General Manager with staffing needs; and motivating associates to exceed performance standards.

The suitable talent includes fluency in both English and Spanish; optical sales experience; proven ability to lead, coach, and build associate relationships; sound understanding of store operations; strong communication skills; exceptional customer service skills; strong organizational skills; ability to analyze and understand financial reports; and demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems.
