Job Description
We’re looking for an outgoing inside sales representative to help us smash our sales goals! You’ll help us generate leads by prospecting potential clients and adding qualified leads to the sales funnel. $50,000 - $150,000 at plan earnings
Responsibilities:
Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on prospective and past clients is current Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads Generate qualified leads for the sales team so they can provide a quick response to customers Greet customers and guide them through the vehicle purchase process with professionalism and enthusiasm Build lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations Present and demonstrate Mazda vehicles, features, and technology Stay informed about current inventory, promotions, and industry trends Work closely with the sales management team to achieve monthly goals Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat/referral business
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field Prior automotive sales experience preferred, but not required—we provide training Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a team-player mindset Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment Valid California driver’s license and clean driving record
