you'll feel at home here. The Role: Sales Representative (In-Home / Remote Follow-Up) As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for closing qualified leads on gutter services and gutter protection systems. These are warm, company-generated leads
homeowners who have already requested an estimate. You are the first and most important impression of our brand. Your job is to educate the homeowner, present the solution, and confidently guide them to a decision. This role is ideal for someone who wants to master sales, earn uncapped income, and move quickly into leadership. Sales Team Vision We are building a leadership pipeline, not just a sales team. What We Offer Uncapped commissions Structured sales system & scripts Daily training and coaching Clear path to leadership Performance-based promotions Supportive team culture with high standards Strong lead flow (no cold knocking) What We Expect From You Responsibilities Run scheduled estimates or follow-up calls professionally Follow our proven sales process Manage your pipeline and follow up consistently Accurately document notes, pricing, and outcomes Represent the company with integrity and confidence Be a team player who wants to win together Results Expectations Consistent monthly sales production Strong close rate on qualified leads Professional customer experience every time Requirements 1+ year of sales experience (home services preferred) Comfortable selling over the phone and/or in-home Strong communication and listening skills Coachable and open to feedback Self-motivated and accountable Reliable transportation (if in-home role) Location Sales Rep travel to prospects' home Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. Compensation Base Pay + Uncapped Commission (or Commission Only
adjustable) Top performers earn $100k+ annually No cap on income
