Staff Nurses (RN & LPN) – Join the Skaalen Team!

*Skaalen Retirement Services* is hiring *Staff Nurses (RNs & LPNs)* to join our dedicated, resident-centered team!
We currently have openings for:
* *Part-Time & Full-Time PM & Night Shift Nurses* _(all eligible for benefits!)_
* *Weekender Program Nurses* – work *just 2 weekend shifts per month* and *2 holidays per year*
RN Responsibilities:
* Provide and manage nursing care for residents
* Complete and oversee the care planning process
* Supervise staff under the RN’s direction
* Carry out administrative and resident care duties as directed by the DON or Supervisor
LPN Responsibilities:
* Perform basic nursing care and treatments
* Monitor and support nursing support personnel
* Assist and collaborate with the RN in data collection and care planning
* Reinforce education and best practices with nursing support staff
