This role plays a key part in growing the business by developing strong partnerships and ensuring opportunities are properly documented and converted into revenue./ppKey responsibilities include:/pulliBuild and maintain relationships with insurance agents adjusters, plumbers, property managers, and real estate professionals./liliGenerate and manage referral pipelines./liliRepresent the company in the field with professionalism and urgency./li/ulpCompensation includes:/pulliBase rate./liliAggressive commission structure: 10% on water jobs and 5% on fire and mold jobs./liliCompany vehicle provided./liliCompany phone provided./liliMarketing budget provided./li/ulpRequirements:/pulliStrong people skills and relationship-building ability./liliSelf-motivated and performance-driven./liliValid drivers license and clean driving record./li/ulpWhat were looking for:/ppSomeone who can build strong referral relationships, identify opportunities, and help turn those opportunities into completed jobs. Our technicians tackle water, fire, mold, and storm damage.
