Well & You is a rapidly growing, physician-led healthcare platform transforming the outpatient experience. We combine advanced interventional capabilities with a concierge-level patient model in a state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center (ASC).

We are seeking board-certified Interventional Radiologists to join a high-volume, outpatient-only practice designed for physicians who want to operate at the top of their license without hospital constraints.

Position Highlights:

  • $700,000 $1,000,000+ total compensation

This is an ideal role for physicians who want autonomy, efficiency, and financial upside in a modern clinical environment.

Procedural Scope:

Perform a broad and advanced range of outpatient IR procedures, including:

Arterial Disease

  • Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD) Interventions
  • Limb Salvage Procedures

Venous Disease

  • Thrombectomy and Nonthrombotic Iliac Vein Interventions
  • Varicocele Embolization
  • Ovarian Vein Embolizations

Interventional Oncology & Advanced Embolization

  • Uterine Fibroid Embolization (UFE)
  • Genicular Artery Embolization (GAE)
  • Prostate Artery Embolization (PAE)
  • Hepatic Artery Embolization (HAE)
  • Y90
  • Bone Tumor Embolizations

Access & Dialysis

  • Dialysis Access Creation and Maintenance
  • Vascular Access Management

Our practice continues to expand into additional advanced outpatient interventions, creating significant procedural growth opportunities.

Compensation

Salary Range:
$700,000 $1,000,000+

Compensation structure includes:

  • Competitive base salary

Qualifications:

  • Board Certification in Interventional Radiology
  • Minimum 2 years post-residency experience preferred
  • Ability to independently perform the core IR procedures
  • Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered approach
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume procedural environment
