What You'll Do:- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service
- Accurately take orders using a point-of-sale system
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments with accuracy and efficiency
- Prepare and serve food, beverages, and ice cream products to company standards
- Ensure all orders are correct, well-presented, and delivered promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in your work area
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times
- Restock supplies and assist team members as needed
- Attend team meetings and contribute to a positive workplace culture
