Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):
As our Inside Sales Representative, you're the voice of ProForce - welcoming new customers, uncovering their needs, and guiding them to the right pest protection plan. You'll be mixing sales savvy with genuine service to create win-win solutions. Think of yourself as a pest-fighting matchmaker.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Answer inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries from curious customers (no cold calls!).
- Reach out to warm leads, past clients, and marketing-generated contacts.
- Understand customer concerns and match them with the perfect pest control solution.
- Explain pricing, services, and scheduling options like a pro.
- Keep in touch with prospects throughout their decision-making journey.
- Use our CRM to stay organized and on top of your game.
- Crush monthly sales goalsand earn serious rewards for it.
- Partner with our amazing field team to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.
- Educate homeowners on the perks of prevention and our ongoing protection plans.
- Handle objections like a champ and turn hesitation into happy customers.

Requirements
What You Bring to the Table: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable Accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree = bonus points!)
- 1+ years in sales, customer service, or telemarketing (bonus for pest/home services)
- You're a confident communicator - on the phone and in writing
- Strong persuasive skills and a natural closer
- Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Tech-savvy with CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Multitasker extraordinaire with excellent time management
- Bilingual in English/Spanish? Even better!
- Required: This is a fully onsite role - must be able to commute to our Boca Raton office location.
