Key Responsibilities: Leading and developing the QA team, building a strong and capable function. Ensuring compliance with BRCGS standards and customer requirements. Acting as the key contact for food safety, legality and quality across the business. Driving resolution of non-conformances and out-of-specification results. Supporting and enhancing HACCP systems and auditing processes. Managing supplier quality, raw materials, and product release systems. Leading site audits, including customer and third-party interactions. Deputising for the Technical Manager when required. About You

Youll bring the following skills and experience: Proven experience in a QA leadership role within chilled/high-care food manufacturing. Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety and quality systems. Experience with audits, compliance, and continuous improvement. Excellent people management and communication skills. A hands-on, proactive approach with strong problem-solving ability.
