Qui sommes-nous ?
Basée à Matane, DuoTech Construction est un acteur reconnu dans la réalisation de projets de construction commerciale, industrielle et institutionnelle au Bas-Saint-Laurent et en Gaspésie.
Depuis plus d’une quinzaine d’années, nous accompagnons nos clients dans l’atteinte de leurs objectifs de construction dans le respect, la collaboration et avec efficacité grâce à nos solutions innovantes.
Dans le cadre de notre croissance, nous cherchons à accueillir un(e) Chargé(e) de projet / Estimateur(trice) qui soutiendra l’équipe de construction commerciale/industrielle.

Ce qui vous attend
- Gérer et coordonner des projets de construction commerciale, de la planification à la livraison ;
- Réaliser les estimations précises des coûts pour les projets en cours ;
- Assurer la communication avec les clients, fournisseurs et sous-traitants pour garantir le respect des échéanciers et budgets ;
- Participer à l’amélioration des processus internes et proposer des solutions innovantes.
Ce que nous recherchons
- Maîtrise et compréhension complète du domaine de la construction ;
- Formation en architecture, mécanique du bâtiment, génie civil, dessin ou domaine connexe ;
- Expérience en gestion de projets, estimation ou dessin (un atout) ;
- Excellente maîtrise des logiciels comme AutoCAD, et/ou tout autre outil pertinent ;
- Forte capacité à travailler en parfaite autonomie comme en équipe ;
- Solides compétences communicationnelles, organisationnelles et souci du détail.
