Kickstart your engineering career with Nebius through this 3-month Early Talent Program in Amsterdam. This opportunity is designed for current university students, recent graduates, and early career professionals who want to gain practical experience in backend engineering while working on real systems that support the global AI economy.

As a Software Engineer in this program, you will work alongside experienced engineers and learn how high-performance backend systems are designed, built, and operated at scale. You will contribute code to production-like environments, gain exposure to scalable architectures, and develop a strong understanding of engineering best practices in a company operating at the cutting edge of AI cloud infrastructure.

This role is ideal for candidates with knowledge of at least one programming language such as Go, Java, Python, or C++, along with a solid understanding of algorithms and data structures. Nebius is looking for motivated individuals who are eager to learn, ready to take on complex technical challenges, and excited to grow as backend engineers in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

During the program, you will receive mentorship from experienced professionals in AI, machine learning, and cloud infrastructure. You will gain hands-on experience with real customer workloads and production systems, while building valuable technical and professional skills that can support your long-term career growth.
