Bij Teijin Aramid in Arnhem krijg je de kans om jouw expertise end-to-end in te zetten binnen een professionele, internationale en inhoudelijk uitdagende omgeving. Jij wordt mede-eigenaar van de volledige Nederlandse payroll.
Als Payroll Specialist ben jij – samen met één collega – verantwoordelijk voor de volledige payroll van circa 1.300 medewerkers. Geen versnipperde taken, maar echte regie: van input tot controle, van analyse tot advies.
- Internationale dynamiek (expats, schaduw payroll, grensoverschrijdend werk)
- Meerdere bronsystemen gekoppeld aan AFAS Profit
- Een eigen cao die vraagt om interpretatie en vakmanschap
- Complexe beloningsstructuren, inclusief variabele beloning en executive regelingen
Dit is een rol voor iemand die grip wil hebben, verantwoordelijkheid voelt en inhoudelijk het verschil wil maken.
- Volledig eigenaarschap over de payrollcyclus
- Zorgen voor een correcte, tijdige en compliant salarisverwerking
- Interpreteren en toepassen van wet- en regelgeving en cao-afspraken
- Signaleren van risico’s, afwijkingen en verbeterkansen
- Sparringpartner voor HR, Finance en Compensation & Benefits
- Contact onderhouden met externe partijen zoals Belastingdienst, SVB, UWV, verzekeringsmaatschappijen en onze pensioenuitvoerder
- Ondersteunen bij audits en interne controles
- HBO werk- en denkniveau
- PDL en VPS (vereist)
- Ervaring met end-to-end payroll
- Sterke kennis van loonheffingen, sociale zekerheid en arbeidsrecht
- Excel vaardig (must)
- Ervaring met AFAS is een pré
- Analytisch, nauwkeurig en communicatief sterk
- Stressbestendig
- Echte verantwoordelijkheid in plaats van deelprocessen

- Aantrekkelijk salaris – Afhankelijk van je ervaring word je ingeschaald in cao-schaal 9 (€ 4300 en €bruto per maand), je salaris wordt gebaseerd op je ervaring en opleiding
- Bijna 10 weken vakantie per jaar – Ja, echt! Vier weken zijn wettelijk verplicht. De overige zes weken kun je opnemen, laten uitbetalen of opsparen voor later
- Uitstekende secundaire voorwaarden – 8,33% vakantiegeld, een gunstig pensioen met lage eigen bijdrage
- Persoonlijke ontwikkeling – Toegang tot trainingen en coaching programma’s om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen
- Vergoedingen – € 4,01 per dag thuiswerkvergoeding en € 0,23 per kilometer reiskostenvergoeding
