Bist das Du?
In dieser Führungsfunktion denkst du unternehmerisch und handelst proaktiv und serviceorientiert. Als FSM bei ISS führst du Vorgesetzte und Mitarbeitende, bist für Kunden die erste Kontaktperson und stellst sicher, dass unsere Dienstleistungen auf höchstem qualitativem Niveau erbracht werden. Du verantwortest Qualitätssicherung sowie Kosten und Kundenzufriedenheit.
Deine Hauptaufgaben:
Du bist die zentrale Drehscheibe für die Koordination unserer FacilityServicesMandate und unterstützt aktiv den Facility Services Manager (FSM) sowie weitere Führungskräfte
Du planst, koordinierst und begleitest Projekte im FacilityServicesUmfeld und stellst eine termingerechte, effiziente Umsetzung sicher
Du übernimmst vielseitige administrative Aufgaben und sorgst für strukturierte Abläufe im Tagesgeschäft
Du bist Ansprechperson für Bewirtschafter, Kunden und externe Partner und koordinierst Termine, Jour fixe sowie die laufende Kommunikation
Du prüfst, bearbeitest und fakturierst Rechnungen (u.?a. Real Estate, Kreditoren) und verwaltest Rapporte, Pauschalen und Zusatzleistungen
Du unterstützt beim Onboarding neuer Mitarbeitender sowie bei Schulungen, Meetings und internen Veranstaltungen
Dein Profil:
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer koordinativen, administrativen oder operativen Funktion, vorzugsweise im FacilityServices oder Immobilienumfeld
Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent mit strukturierter, selbständiger und zuverlässiger Arbeitsweise
Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Teamorientierung und ein sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Kunden und Partnern
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
Sehr gute MSOfficeKenntnisse und Freude am Arbeiten mit verschiedenen ITSystemen
Führerausweis Kategorie B
