Für unseren Golf Course in Andermatt suchen wir von Juni bis November 2026 eine unternehmerisch denkende, gästeorientierte und führungsstarke Persönlichkeit als Golf Director. In dieser Schlüsselposition verantwortest du die gesamte operative Führung des Golfbetriebs und stellst sicher, dass unseren Gästen ein erstklassiges Golf- und Serviceerlebnis auf höchstem Niveau geboten wird. Gemeinsam mit deinem Team entwickelst du den Golfplatz als führende alpine Golfdestination weiter und arbeitest eng mit den Bereichen Hospitality, Events, F&B sowie Sales und Marketing zusammen.
Das kannst du bewegen
Gesamtverantwortung für den täglichen Betrieb des Golf Course während der Sommersaison 2026
Führung, Motivation und Einsatzplanung des Golf Teams
Sicherstellung höchster Qualitäts- und Servicestandards für Mitglieder, Hotelgäste und internationale Golfgäste
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Head of Greenkeeping zur Sicherstellung eines hervorragenden Platzstandards
Verantwortung für Umsatz, Budget und wirtschaftliche Zielerreichung im Golfbetrieb
Weiterentwicklung von Green Fee-, Membership- und Eventangeboten
Unterstützung bei der Positionierung des Golfplatzes als internationale Premium-Golfdestination
Zusammenarbeit mit Hotels, F&B, Marketing und Destination Services zur Entwicklung attraktiver Golf-Erlebnisse und Packages
Das bringst du mit
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Swiss PGA Golf Professional, Weiterbildung als Golf Club Manager wünschenswert
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Golfmanagement, idealerweise in Resort- oder Championship-Golfanlagen
Führungserfahrung in einem gehobenen Hospitality- oder Freizeitbetrieb
Unternehmerisches Denken sowie starke operative Kompetenz
Hohe Gäste- und Serviceorientierung
Hands-on Mentalität sowie selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Sehr gute mündliche sowie schriftliche Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
