Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills. Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen sanitation standards. Ability to manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls efficiently. Passion for the culinary arts, with creativity and attention to detail. Prior experience in a high-volume or fine-dining restaurant is preferred. Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience is an advantage. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
