GardaWorld Security Services is Now Hiring a Concierge Security Officer!

As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

What’s in it for you:

  • Site Location: Severn, Maryland
  • Set schedule:
    • 3:00pm - 11:00pm Fridays & Saturdays / 11:00pm-7:00am Sunday's & Monday's (32 hours per week, Part-time)
    • 7:00am-3:00pm Saturday * Sunday (16 hours per week, Part-Time) 
    • 11:00pm-7:00am Tuesday - Saturday (40 hours per week, Full-Time)
    • 3:00pm-11:00pm Sunday - Thursday (40 hours per week, Full-Time)
  • Competitive hourly wage of $17.77 / hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard

  • Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
  • Manage access control
  • Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
  • Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
  • Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
  • Answer questions in person or by phone
  • Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
  • Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

  • Be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
  • Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
  • If you have at least 1 year of prior Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience.
  • You have a valid security license or can obtain one. 
  • You have a CPR certificate or can obtain one. 
  • You have reliable transportation.
  • You are 21 years of age or older.
