Deine Aufgaben
Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung der schweizweiten Ausbildungs- und Talent Management Strategie
Qualitätssicherung, Evaluation und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung sowie Ausbau des Ausbildungs- und Entwicklungscurriculums
Gesamtverantwortung für die berufliche Grundbildung inkl. fachlicher und disziplinarischer Führung der Fachspezialistin Berufsbildung
Konzeption, Einführung und Weiterentwicklung moderner Lern-, Entwicklungs- und Ausbildungsformate für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte
Übergeordnete Verantwortung für die Qualität und Einbindung branchenspezifischer Ausbildungsformate (z. B. Art. 32)
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Linie, HR und Geschäftsleitung zur Definition und Steuerung der unternehmensweiten Kompetenzentwicklung
Steuerung externer Bildungsanbieter sowie Aufbau und Pflege relevanter Bildungs- und Branchenpartnerschaften
Teilnahme an Berufsbildungsveranstaltungen sowie aktive Repräsentation der Vebego AG gegenüber externen Anspruchsgruppen
Aufbau von Reporting, Kennzahlen und Wirksamkeitsmessungen zur Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung der Personalentwicklungs- und Ausbildungsmassnahmen
Gesamtverantwortung für den operativen Ausbildungsbetrieb inkl. Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung des Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Beratung von Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften in Weiterbildungsfragen inkl. Entscheidungsunterstützung und vertraglicher Ausgestaltung
Dein Profil
Abgeschlossenes Studium in HR, Erwachsenenbildung, Psychologie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Personalentwicklung, Training & Development und/oder Berufsbildung, idealerweise in einer grossen, dezentralen Organisation
Erfahrung im Dienstleistungs , Industrie oder Facility Management Umfeld von Vorteil
Ausgeprägtes strategisches Denkvermögen kombiniert mit hoher Umsetzungs und Pragmatikfähigkeit
Sehr gute Kommunikations und Stakeholder Management Skills über verschiedene Hierarchiestufen hinweg
Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse, gute Kenntnisse in ösisch von Vorteil
Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Reisebereitschaft und Freude an der Arbeit in einem mehrsprachigen Umfeld
Fundierte Kenntnisse des Bildungs- und Berufsbildungssystems sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Ausbildungswegen und Förderlogiken
