Op Steenfabriek Huissenswaard produceren we jaarlijks maar liefst 75 miljoen gevelbakstenen. Voor ons productieteam zijn wij op zoek naar een junior persmachinist die zich wil ontwikkelen in een cruciale rol binnen ons productieproces. Als junior persmachinist werk je letterlijk in het hart van de productie. Hier worden de stenen gevormd en klaargemaakt voor het bakproces, een essentiële stap binnen de stenenbranche. Dit maakt jouw functie van groot belang: zonder jouw inzet geen kwalitatieve gevelbakstenen. Je start met een interne opleiding, waarin je stap voor stap wordt opgeleid tot zelfstandig persmachinist. Wij zorgen ervoor dat je alle kennis en vaardigheden opdoet om de machines veilig, efficiënt en zelfstandig te bedienen.
Dit ga je doen
- Bedienen en instellen van de persinstallatie
- Bewaken van het productieproces en de kwaliteit van de stenen
- Signaleren en verhelpen van kleine storingen
- Assisteren bij onderhoud en reparaties
- Samenwerken met collega’s in het productieteam
Je bent in het bezit van

- Een startsalaris vanaf €2.900 bruto per maand , afhankelijk van ervaring
- 25 vakantiedagen + 13 ADV-dagen
