Das kannst du bei uns verantworten:
- Maßgeschneiderte Lösungen: Entwickle und implementiere maßgeschneiderte Lösungen für unsere Kunden für Group Accounting, Financial Planning und Disclosure Management mit der Lucanet CFO Solution Platform.
- Prozessgestaltung: Gestalte und optimiere End-to-End-Finanzprozesse – von der Datenerfassung bis zum konsolidierten Reporting.
- Fach- und Umsetzungskonzepte: Erarbeite prüfungssichere Fach- und Umsetzungskonzepte, beispielsweise für IFRS-Conversions und Proforma-Konsolidierungen, und setze diese als Experte bei unseren Kunden um.
- Coaching & Workshops: Teile dein Wissen in Kunden-Trainings und Umsetzungsworkshops – vor Ort bei unseren Kunden und remote.
- Akquise: Unterstütze die Neukundenakquise durch Produktvorstellungen sowie fachliche Beiträge in Sales-Pitches und Angebotsprozessen.
- Projektleitung: Du leitest mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig und bleibst dabei auch operativ involviert. Dabei entwickelst du kontinuierlich deine fachliche Expertise und Methodik weiter. Zudem übernimmst du Verantwortung für junge Kolleg:innen und begleitest sie bei ihrer persönlichen und fachlichen Weiterentwicklung.
- Gestaltungswille: Mit unternehmerischem Denken und Eigeninitiative bringst du dich bei internen Themen ein und unterstützt aktiv die Weiterentwicklung unseres Leistungsangebots.
Darüber freuen wir uns:
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Finance, Accounting oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang – idealerweise mit Masterabschluss.
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Beratung (z. B. prüfungsnahe Tätigkeiten, Corporate Finance, Transaction Advisory Services), optional praktische Erfahrung im Group Accounting bzw. Group Controlling. Alternativ Erfahrung in Finance-Software-Projekten, sofern ein tiefes Verständnis für finanzwirtschaftliche Prozesse vorhanden ist.
- Sehr gutes Verständnis im Rechnungswesen (HGB), Konsolidierung und integrierter Finanzplanung sowie solide IFRS-Kenntnisse.
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Lucanet oder einer vergleichbaren CPM-Lösung
- Praktische Erfahrung in umsetzungsorientierten Projekten, idealerweise mit Lucanet oder vergleichbaren Softwarelösungen.
- Erfahrung bei der Steuerung mehrerer Projekte gleichzeitig – kombiniert mit der Fähigkeit, komplexe Fragestellungen kritisch, strukturiert und kreativ zu lösen.
- Motivation, dich zum Lucanet Power User weiterzuentwickeln – mit dem klaren Fokus, echten Mehrwert für unsere Kunden zu schaffen.
- Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Freude an der engen Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen und Entscheidern im Mittelstand.
