About

Dual Role: Branch Sales Associate / Warehouse Associate – HVAC Products Carrier Enterprise, a national distributor of residential and light commercial HVAC products, is seeking a dedicated Branch Sales Associate / Warehouse Associate.
Responsibilities
Engage with business customers and promote sales of HVAC replacement components and aftermarket products to our dealer network and HVAC contractors.
Provide superior customer service and clear communication of product details and orders.
Operate forklift and manage loading/unloading of products.
Provide excellent customer service to external customers (mechanical contractors, dealers, owners) and work closely with internal customers.
Uphold environmental health and safety standards and follow safety procedures.
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED.
Minimum 2‑3 years of warehouse operational experience.
Experience in HVAC or similar industry preferred.
Good written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills.
Proven commitment to customer service and a safe work environment.
Team‑oriented and willing to work with a diverse group of coworkers.
Pre‑employment background and drug screen required.
