Responsibilities
Owntheend-to-endmarketingdatapipelinearchitecture,ingestingdatafromallmarketingplatforms(Veeva,AdobeExperienceCloud,Salesforce,GoogleAds,paidmedia)intotheSnowflakedatalakehouseusingtheAlnylamCommonIntegrationPattern(SnowflakeDataSharing,Fivetran,Snowpipe) DesignandmaintainthecomposableCDParchitecturewithSnowflakeasthesystemofrecordandSalesforceDataCloudastheactivationlayer,ensuringidentityresolution,consentpropagation,andeventschemasarestandardizedacrossallmarketingtouchpoints Architectandmaintainthe"dataspine":thestandardizedintegrationlayerconnectingallmarketingexecutiontoolstotheSnowflake/dbtcore,eliminatingadhocpoint-to-pointintegrationsthatcreatetechnicaldebt Leadthetechnicalimplementationofreal-timejourneyorchestrationinfrastructure,includingaudiencesuppressionlogic,frequencycaps,channelsequencing,andagenticdecisioningcapabilitiesusingAWSBedrock ServeastheprimarytechnicalinterfacetoCommercial/Marketingbusinessstakeholders,partneringwithBusinessco-leadDirectorsacrossthefivecommercialdigitalmarketingteams(AudienceScience,DigitalExperience,ContentIntelligence,OmnichannelDelivery,PerformanceAnalytics) LeadtheengineeringimplementationofAI-poweredmarketingcapabilities,includingNext-Best-Experienceengineinfrastructure,audiencepropensitymodelingpipelines,contentpersonalizationatscale,andGenerativeEngineOptimization(GEO)monitoringacrossAIsearchplatforms Manageanddevelopateamofdataengineers,softwareengineers,MarTechintegrationengineers,andBIengineerswhilecontributinghands-ontoproductioncode,architecturedecisions,andtechnicaldesignreviews
Qualifications

#LI-LN1 U.S. Pay Range $174,800.00 - $236,600.00 The pay range reflects the full-time base salary range we expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. Base pay will be determined based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education. This role is eligible for an annual short-term incentive award (e.g., bonus or sales incentive) and an annual long-term incentive award (e.g., equity).
