*The Opportunity*
Are you an experienced, creative and commercially aware project manager looking for a new challenge with a progressive, fast-growing agency? We're seeking a Project Manager to join our design and development team, taking ownership of all website projects whilst collaborating across departments to deliver integrated digital solutions.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Manage end-to-end delivery of website projects for both new builds and existing retainer clients
* Oversee hosting client relationships and technical project requirements
* Coordinate closely with Account Managers to align website deliverables with broader marketing strategies
* Facilitate cross-channel campaign delivery, ensuring seamless integration between web development and marketing activities
* Support the sales team during project scoping and proposal stages to help secure new business
* Identify opportunities to enhance client value through additional services or expanded project scope
* Schedule and prioritise workloads for designers and developers, ensuring optimal resource allocation
* Maintain transparent communication with clients regarding project progress and technical milestones
* Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to specification
* Identify potential bottlenecks and resource constraints, escalating concerns where necessary
* Support the design and development team with all necessary resources and briefing materials
*Key Requirements*
* Proven project management experience within web development or digital agency environments
* Understanding of website development processes and technical project requirements
* Strong collaborative skills with experience working across multiple departments
* Commercial acumen with ability to recognise business development opportunities
* Excellent client communication abilities, particularly for technical discussions
* Experience managing creative teams and understanding design/development workflows
* Ability to balance multiple concurrent projects whilst maintaining quality standards
* Comfortable supporting business development activities and client growth initiatives
