The Senior Account Executive will provide a leadership and support role within the sales team to achieve sales, market penetration and profit goals. They will provide targeted recommendations and feedback on sales and marketing programs while assisting the Sales Manager in the training of team members. Responsibilities
Maintain individual sales results above the minimum sales objectives. Understand and exemplify all aspects of Market Leader’s sales process. Accurately and ethically sell Market Leader products while embracing all sales tools and procedures, such as Salesforce. Support team members and create a positive, encouraging sales environment. Assist in motivating and mentoring team members on sales process, training, policies, product knowledge, and administrative tasks. Focus on new‑hire training and mentorship. Serve as a role model for the company’s culture, leadership, and core values. Represent the organization in a professional manner both inside and outside the office. Qualifications
Minimum of 6 months employment with Market Leader in the sales department. Average of 150% of quota over the previous 6 months (equivalent to $45,000 in MRR over 6 months or $7,500 MRR per month). Familiarity with standard sales concepts, practices, and procedures. Strong knowledge of company products and services. Proven ongoing sales and organizational skills meeting management objectives. Assertive, self‑motivated, and able to motivate others through positive reinforcement. Excellent communication skills. Consistent attendance and punctuality; no attendance or behavioral plan in the last 3 months. No negative behavior regarding paid time off during the last 3 months. Commitment
Each Senior Account Executive agrees to work within the policies and procedures of the sales department, uphold the company’s standards, and actively participate in the company’s success initiatives. Business Unit
Market Leader FLSA Designation (US Only)
Non‑Exempt Salary Range (US Only)
The estimated base salary range for this role in the United States is $19.20–$28.80 per hour. Final offer amounts may vary based on geographic location, candidate experience, and other relevant factors. Other Compensation (US Only)
This role is eligible for participation in the Company profit‑sharing bonus plan and a business commission plan. Plan details will be provided upon hire. Benefits (US Only)
