Are you a motivated individual eager to contribute to innovative aerospace projects? This role offers the opportunity to work across various shifts—day, night, or swing—as needed, providing flexibility and the chance to be part of groundbreaking developments in the aerospace industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in loading and unloading materials and equipment, ensuring timely and safe handling.
Perform manual tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving objects to support production and assembly lines.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to uphold our high safety and efficiency standards.
Strictly adhere to safety protocols and procedures to contribute to a safe working environment.
Operate basic machinery and tools, with opportunities for training on advanced equipment.
Support assembly, installation, and maintenance tasks, directly impacting the quality of our aerospace products.
Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Promptly report any issues or hazards to supervisors to facilitate continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, and swing shifts, as per production requirements.
Physical stamina and strength to perform labor-intensive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to follow instructions meticulously and work both independently and as part of a cohesive team.
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools; prior experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Effective communication skills and a proactive, positive attitude.
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
