divh2Sales Coordinator/h2pThe Kitchen Bath Design Team is looking for a Sales Coordinator! In this role, we need a proactive and reliable success-driven person! Since you will act as an assistant, you must be organized with time management skills. Since you will work with customers and vendors, you must be personable and a problem-solver. In all aspects, you must be willing to learn!/ppDescription First and foremost, this role is to aid Kitchen Design and Sales Reps in designing using 2020 as well as in day-to-day activities. To maintain client relationships, you will keep up-to-date information on customers product use and trends. You will use the POS system for account set up, job entry, processing sales and to create purchase orders. You will process material orders with vendors and check all pricing on order confirmations. From there, you will coordinate with logistic companies on the ordered materials and their shipment. In some markets, you may schedule installations./ppRequirements/pulliPrevious purchasing experience/liliKnowledge of kitchen and bath cabinetry, materials, finishes, and detailing/liliWorking knowledge of 2020 and Microsoft Office programs/liliAbility to read blueprints/liliDetail-oriented/liliStrong math skills: ability to calculate price quotes, discounts, and percentages/liliExcellent communication skills: ability to articulate ideas both verbally and in writing/liliCustomer service experience and skills/liliThis position is going to be onsite at the Dothan, AL facility/li/ulpResponsibilities/pulliAssists the Kitchen Designer/liliAccount set up and job entry into POS system/liliProcesses sales orders into POS system/liliCreate purchase orders in POS system/liliOrders all materials with vendors/liliCoordinate with logistic companies on ETA on ordered materials/liliReviews order confirmations for pricing accuracy/liliEnsures all sales orders are complete and accurate in POS/liliScheduling material shipment, material installations, measures, and other services/liliDirect customer contact and communication/liliAssisting and maintaining client relationships/li/ulpBenefits (full-time employees)/pulliHealth, Dental, Vision (Single and Family Plans) available after 30 days of employment/liliShort and Long-Term Disability/liliCompany-paid life insurance and ADD/liliOptional supplemental life insurance/liliCompany-match 401(k)/liliVacation time and paid holidays/liliVendor incentives/liliRoom for growth; we promote from within!/liliMilitary encouraged to apply!/li/ul/div
