In this role you will: Collaborate with Servicing operational and administrative management Ensure efficiencies and excellence in daily functions Perform reporting, ad hoc data mining, and analytical functions as needed to support information requests from all Servicing departments Utilize best practices of data analysis and validation to ensure data results are accurate Enhance knowledge of operational and portfolio metrics to assess risk Conduct data and business analysis utilizing data mining and spreadsheet skills Communicate findings, develop recommendations, and present analyses to management in a clear, concise, convincing, and actionable format Represent Servicing Analytics in enterprise projects Qualifications

Business operations Reporting Data mining Data analysis and validation techniques Logical processing/programming Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Ability to interact collaboratively with internal customers Effective written and verbal presentation skills Proactive and detail-oriented Ability to work with minimal supervision Capable of managing multiple and varied projects, including ability to coordinate and balance numerous tasks in a time-sensitive environment, under pressure, meeting deadlines Demonstrated quantitative skills SQL (Base SAS preferred) Normal hybrid office/home environment subject to stressful situations Flexible schedule with possibility of working long hours including weekends/holidays, occasional overtime or split shifts may be required Limited travel may be required to support business needs Strong focus on providing quality service to internal and external customers Work Experience & Education 0-2 years of experience working with data mining tools such as SQL required 1-3 years of experience querying large multi-table datasets and data presentation preferred 0-2 years of experience in consumer loan/lease portfolio servicing analysis preferred Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience required Master's Degree in MIS, Finance, Economics, or Business preferred
