WhatYou’llDo
As an LPN,you’lldeliver exceptional nursing care to our residents—ensuring they receive the best treatment in a safe, comfortable at-homeenvironment. Your day-to-day will include: 
  • Collaborating as a team to provide quality care that reflects our core values of Care, Character, and Collaboration. 
  • Administering medications and treatments according to personalized care plans. 
  • Providing exceptional customer service toresidents, families, andmedical partners goingabove and beyondtoensure an excellent experience. 
  • Maintaining precise and up-to-date documentation. 
WhatWe’reLooking For
We’relooking for compassionate nurses whofeel called to care for the elderly. Our nurses take pride in providing a wonderful homefor ourseniors andworking together as a team to make that happen.We’relooking for nurses with: 
  • Avalidand un-encumberedstateNursing License. 
  • Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is a bonus, and a collaborative spirit is essential. 
  • 1 or more years of experience as an LPN
  • Licensed as an LPN but no experience? We can help you gain experience and build a great professional foundation.
  • Exceptional character – someone who willalways dowhat’sright, witha reliablework-ethic.
