Customer Service
Greet and assist customers in finding the right HVAC products Answer questions regarding products, pricing, availability, and application Provide timely, professional support for customer inquiries and concerns Recommend solutions based on customer needs Provide accurate inventory availability information Sales Support
Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems Generate new and repeat business through strong product knowledge Provide pricing, quotes, discounts, and tax calculations Upsell additional products and solutions when appropriate Follow up on sales inquiries and leads to drive additional business Technical Support
Assist customers with basic HVAC product and application questions Refer more complex technical issues to TSA or appropriate team members Inventory & Admin
Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining organized inventory Support general administrative tasks (data entry, filing, phone/email support) Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions What We Offer
