Das Courtyard by Marriott Dortmund sucht eine/n Housekeeping Assistant (m/w/d), der/die mit Leidenschaft, Sorgfalt und einem Blick fürs Detail dafür sorgt, dass unsere Gäste sich rundum wohlfühlen. Die Position ist ausschließlich im Frühdienst zu besetzen.

Anstellungsart: Teilzeit
- Unterstützung des Housekeeping-Teams bei der täglichen Reinigung und Pflege der Gästezimmer und öffentlichen Bereiche des Hotels.
- Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Reinigungsarbeiten den hohen Standards entsprechen.
- Bestandsaufnahme und Nachbestellung von Reinigungsmitteln und -geräten, um einen reibungslosen Betriebsablauf sicherzustellen.
- Meldung von Schäden und notwendigen Reparaturen an die zuständigen Abteilungen.
- Koordination und Überwachung der Arbeitsabläufe im Housekeeping-Bereich.
- Schulung und Anleitung neuer Housekeeping-Mitarbeiter in Bezug auf Reinigungsstandards und -verfahren.
- Einhaltung und Durchsetzung von Hygiene- und Sicherheitsvorschriften gemäß den Richtlinien des Hotels.
- Berichterstattung an die Hausdame oder den Housekeeping-Manager über den Zustand der Zimmer und Bereiche sowie über benötigte Reparaturen oder Ersatzmaterialien.
- Unterstützung bei der Planung und Organisation von Sonderreinigungsprojekten und saisonalen Reinigungsaktionen.
- Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen des Hotels, um sicherzustellen, dass Gästewünsche und -anliegen zeitnah und effizient bearbeitet werden.
- Erfahrung im Housekeeping oder in einer vergleichbaren Position, vorzugsweise in der Hotellerie.
- Ein Auge fürs Detail und hohe Ansprüche an Sauberkeit und Ordnung.
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um effektiv mit dem Housekeeping-Team und anderen Abteilungen zusammenzuarbeiten.
- Organisations- und Zeitmanagementfähigkeiten, um Arbeitsabläufe effizient zu koordinieren.
- Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität, um in einem dynamischen und manchmal hektischen Umfeld erfolgreich zu arbeiten.
- Teamgeist und Engagement, um neue Mitarbeiter anzuleiten und zu unterstützen.
- Grundkenntnisse in Hygienestandards und Sicherheitsvorschriften.
- Freundliches und professionelles Auftreten sowie eine positive Einstellung, die unsere Gäste und das Team begeistert.
