TAMCO TOOLS is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join their team. This position involves taking incoming phone calls, processing orders, and assisting outside salesmen. This employee will be responsible for handling customer inquiries promptly and effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Education/Experience:
High School Diploma/GED Required; Bachelors degree preferred Minimum Two (2) Years Related Inside Sales Experience ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Systems Experience Preferred Construction/Industrial Background, A Plus Expediting, Order Entry, and Purchasing Experience, A Plus Job Requirements:

Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests. Enters sales orders and applicable production data. Confirms processing costs and processing orders. Tracks and expedites sales and processing orders as required.
