The Neuropsych Sales Specialist is a strategic, results-driven professional responsible for significant sales growth and profitability within a defined territory through compliant, ethical solutions. The Sales Specialist possesses a deep understanding of account-based selling, a proven ability to build and maintain strong total office relationships, and a collaborative mindset to support cross-functional initiatives. Successful candidates will possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills to proactively identify opportunities, develop tailored solutions for customers, and exceed performance expectations. Demonstrating a strong business acumen, the Sales Specialist will effectively manage territory resources, share best practices with internal team members, and align goals with organizational targets.

Essential areas of responsibility include building rapport and relationships by interacting effectively with regional team members and key external contacts, providing healthcare product demonstrations, consulting with physicians and medical office staff to promote products and provide education, strategically managing and growing relationships with key accounts, regularly reviewing sales data to create effective territory plans, maintaining a competitive edge by addressing market challenges, and achieving all sales performance goals.

Education/certification/experience required includes a bachelor's degree, preferably in a related field, at least one year of full-time, documented business-to-business sales experience, pharmaceutical sales experience strongly preferred, and skills such as interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills, and knowledge of reimbursement, managed care, or marketing.

Travel requirements include regular travel, which may include air travel and weekend or overnight travel. The current territory boundaries include areas from the Canadian border around Bellingham to northeastern Oregon, and from Chelan to Seattle metro area. Territory boundaries are subject to change based on business need.

Salary range for this position is between $88,000 $160,000 annually. This position also qualifies for participation in the company's sales incentive plan.
