- Du unterstützt innerhalb der Abteilung "Corporate Strategic Procurement Strategy & Methods" bei der strategischen Transformation im Bereich Einkauf, sowie bei der Prozessharmonisierung im Bezug auf die Einkaufsprozesse der Einkaufsbereiche der Group Divisions und Regionen.
- Du arbeitest hierbei in enger Abstimmung mit den Einkaufsabteilungen aller Group Divisions und Regionen.
- Im Bezug auf die strategische Transformation des Einkaufs gestaltest Du:
- Die Projektstruktur und etablierst die übergreifende Projektarchitektur für die Transformation.
- Du entwickelst eine detaillierte, wellenbasierte Implementierungs-Roadmap, definierst Meilensteine und übernimmst das Tracking sowie Reporting des Projektfortschritts.- Du führst eine initiale Analyse bestehender Einkaufsprozesse und -strukturen durch, erstellst Prozess-Mappings und identifizierst schrittweise Optimierungspotenziale.
- Du wirkst an der Neu-Konzeptionierung und Umsetzung verschiedener Teilprozesse im Einkauf mit (z.B. der Einführung einer neuen Clusterung der Materialgruppen über alle Divisionen hinweg, der Ausarbeitung eines neuen Operational Procurement HUB-Konzepts, etc.).
- Du begleitest die Pilotimplementierung für ausgewählte neue Prozesse und Konzepte.
- Du hast dein Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Idealerweise verfügst Du über erste praktische Erfahrungen im strategischen Einkauf, Supply Chain Management oder Projektmanagement.
- Du begeistert dich für Transformationsprojekte und die Entwicklung von effizienten Prozessen im internationalen Einkaufsumfeld.
- Du bringst analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten mit und hast Freude daran, komplexe Zusammenhänge strukturiert aufzubereiten.
- Du besitzt sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift sowie einen sicheren Umgang mit MS Office; erste Erfahrungen mit Projektmanagement sind von Vorteil.
- Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe zeichnen dich ebenso aus wie deine Fähigkeit, sich in einem globalen Netzwerk zu bewegen.
