The Opportunity
We are looking for a Change Manager to support multiple transformation initiatives across a large operational environment. In this hybrid role, you will design, execute, and monitor integrated change strategies that drive people readiness, adoption, and long-term reinforcement. You will work closely with project teams, leaders, and stakeholders to guide organizations through cultural, process, role, and technology transformations.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute structured change management strategies and integrated plans.
- Conduct stakeholder analyses, impact assessments, and risk evaluations.
- Identify, manage, and escalate change-related risks and resistance.
- Act as a trusted change advisor to sponsors, leaders, and project teams.
- Support delivery of change activities across all key levers: engagement, communications, training alignment, readiness planning, coaching, and resistance management.
- Prepare and guide people leaders to effectively manage change within their teams.
- Integrate change activities into program and project plans in collaboration with PMs.
- Assess organizational and operational readiness from a people perspective.
- Define and track success metrics, adjusting approaches based on feedback and insights.
- Produce clear, audience?appropriate communication materials (written content, speaking notes, presentations, videos, etc.).
- Use collaboration tools (Microsoft 365, Miro, PowerPoint, Excel) to monitor progress and report milestones.
- Contribute to strengthening change management capability through knowledge sharing and upskilling.
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience leading or supporting change or transformation projects.
- Knowledge of change management frameworks, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify complex information.
- Strong influencing, negotiation, and problem?solving abilities.
- Proven ability to partner effectively with leaders and project teams.
- Strong judgment, autonomy, and adaptability.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable results.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- University degree in communications, journalism, marketing, public relations, or a related field.
- Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR) is an asset.
- Bilingualism (French/English) required for Québec-based roles.

Nous recherchons un(e) Gestionnaire du changement pour soutenir plusieurs initiatives de transformation au sein d'un environnement opérationnel complexe. En mode hybride, vous élaborerez et exécuterez des stratégies intégrées de gestion du changement afin de favoriser la préparation, l'adoption et la pérennité des changements touchant les processus, la culture, les rôles ou les technologies.
Vos responsabilités
- Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies et plans intégrés de gestion du changement.
- Réaliser des analyses des parties prenantes, des impacts et des risques liés au changement.
- Identifier, gérer et escalader les enjeux et la résistance.
- Conseiller les commanditaires, gestionnaires et équipes de projet sur les approches optimales en gestion du changement.
- Exécuter les activités clés : mobilisation, communications, analyse d'impacts, alignement avec la formation, préparation des équipes et gestion de la résistance.
- Soutenir les gestionnaires dans leur rôle de leaders du changement.
- Intégrer les activités de changement aux plans de projets et programmes.
- Évaluer la préparation opérationnelle et organisationnelle.
- Définir, suivre et analyser les indicateurs de réussite.
- Produire des communications claires et adaptées (documents écrits, notes de discours, présentations, vidéos).
- Utiliser les outils de collaboration (Microsoft 365, Miro, PowerPoint, Excel) pour assurer le suivi et les rapports.
- Contribuer à développer les capacités internes en gestion du changement.
Votre profil
- Expérience en gestion du changement ou en transformation organisationnelle.
- Connaissance des méthodologies et outils de gestion du changement.
- Excellentes habiletés de communication orale et écrite.
- Forte capacité d'influence, de négociation et de résolution de problèmes.
- Habileté démontrée à collaborer avec des dirigeants et des équipes de projet.
- Jugement solide, autonomie et adaptabilité.
- Capacité à générer des résultats mesurables.
- Excellente organisation et gestion des priorités.
- Diplôme universitaire en communication, journalisme, marketing, relations publiques ou domaine connexe.
- Certification en gestion du changement (Prosci/ADKAR) un atout.
- Bilinguisme français/anglais requis pour les rôles au Québec.
