Reference is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Business Development Professional to support growth in the Coralville–Iowa City metro areas. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with local businesses, building strong partnerships, and driving measurable revenue growth close to home.

Key Responsibilities
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the local and regional market
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
· Manage leads, schedule meetings, and track progress using CRM tools
· Represents the company professionally at meetings and networking events
· Collaborate with team to execute growth strategies
· Exceed growth and revenue targets
· Networking/involved with community
What We’re Looking For:
· 3+ years’ of experience in business development, sales, or account management
· Proven ability to close deals and hit revenue targets
· Strong communication and relationship-building skills
· Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
· Experience with CRM software
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred but not required
· Familiarity with the Coralville / Iowa City business community
· B2B sales or professional services experience – IT, A/V, and or Security experience preferred
· Local networking and community involvement
