Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and a proven ability to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with assigned client accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
- Track account performance and provide regular updates to management.
- Assist in resolving any client issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications and transactions.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. Previous experience in account management, sales, or customer service. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
