As an assembler-moulder, you'll play a key role in the manufacture of our rubber tracks for the defense, agricultural, industrial and recreational sectors. If you're looking for a job that requires rigor, coordination and the use of your physical abilities, this is the job for you!
In this position, you'll have the opportunity to :
- Manufacture rubber tracks while following each step of the manufacturing recipe
- Set up and operate the press and any other equipment used for production
- Understand and follow the documentation for the various production models
- Ensure product quality at each step of the process
- Respect all safety rules, factory regulations and work procedures in place
- Keep your workplace clean
- Perform any other related tasks
- Permanent full-time position
- Shift: night shifts (3x12h + 1 Saturday/month)
- Salary: starting at $28.43/hr + salary progression over 2 years
- Shift premium: $1.50/hr evening / $2.50/hr night / $1.25/hr 12 hr

Profile
With the following skills and qualities, you'll be successful in this role:
- Know how to use measuring instruments such as tape measures and verniers
- Ability to read, write and speak French
- Ability to perform physical work and work in the heat (during the summer)
- Be able to perform work that requires coordination of limbs (feet and hands)
