Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Conveyancer at League and Williams Law Corporation in Victoria, BC. The Conveyancer will manage all aspects of real estate conveyancing, including preparing legal documents, facilitating property transactions, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role involves liaising with clients, legal professionals, and financial institutions to complete property sales, purchases, or refinancing. The Conveyancer is also responsible for guiding clients through the transaction process and addressing inquiries effectively.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in real estate conveyancing, document preparation, and knowledge of legal compliance.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in client communication, building strong relationships, and addressing customer inquiries with professionalism.
  • Familiarity with financial institutions and property transaction processes.
  • Advanced computer literacy, including standard legal conveyancing software and tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team‑oriented law practice.
  • Prior experience or training in conveyancing or a legal administrative role is a strong asset. Candidates with 2 or more years of experience are preferred.
