Position Name - Database Administrator Rate - 70 $ per hour Location - On – Site: Gainesville, Florida End Client - Gainesville Regional Utilities No VISA Restriction A Database Administrator, Intermediate or Advanced, depending on the consultant's experience. The candidate will have strong experience in configuring and managing enterprise DBMS and application environments. Key skills we are looking for, in order or priority, are: MS SQL Server implementation: design, configuration, deployment, administration and maintenance SQL Server HA/DR solutions for on-prem and cloud Azure SQL solutions including SQL database and Managed Instance Azure Synapse solutions SAP HANA administration and maintenance Enterprise application administration/maintenance: SAP S/4HAN and BW, OpenText, ArcGIS, etc. AWS RDS for Oracle a plus Cloud Infrastructure (Azure, AWS) a plus Data Center Technologies (Servers, Virtualization) a plus Educational qualifications: Ideally a candidate would have a relevant BS and/or Certifications (MS SQL Server, SAP HANA, OpenText, ArcGIS, etc.). Note, there is some flexibility here based on experience. Experience: Ideally, the consultant would have 5+ years of experience.
