Instructor Permanent, 36 hours per week Raheen Business Park, NLN, Raheen, Limerick, V94 YNX3 Job Purpose The person shall be responsible for the delivery of their programme in accordance with the agreed programme specification, together with the day-to-day management and maintenance of all aspects of the programme. What we're looking for: Third level or Further Education qualification, preferably within the Education/Training or Social Sciences sector A relevant pedagogical/training qualifications e.g. Train the Trainer Occupational experience of working with Learners in educational, guidance and/or developmental contexts. Experience of working with young people with additional support needs including intellectual disabilities, ASD, physical and sensory needs and/or mental health difficulties Your Responsibilities To undertake the development and delivery of the programme with competence and carry out duties with innovation, flair, imagination in a person-centred training environment. Maintain all records required for effective monitoring of the participants' progress; maintaining all records in accordance with both internal and external quality standards and producing reports on same, as required Carry out one-to-one key working; assist in the learner's developing his/her Individual Action Plans, thus supporting the process regarding his/her own personal choices, according to New Directions and Training Programme Specification. Use a variety of methodologies to support achievement of the learners' goals for example using Assistive Technologies, Art, Craft, Drama, Music etc. . Closing Date: June 11th 2026 Salary starting from point 1 €35,039.55 to point 5 €42,470.46 (pro rata), is subject to negotiation depending on experience and qualification.
