Logistics Manager - Denmark We are currently recruiting for a Logistics Manager to join a major hyperscale Data Centre project in Denmark. This role will oversee all site logistics operations, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials, deliveries, storage, and transport across a fast-paced live construction environment. Responsibilities Manage all on-site and off-site storage areas across the project Coordinate and control all deliveries through a web-based booking system Ensure materials are delivered, stored, and distributed efficiently across site Work closely with subcontractors, security teams, and site management to maintain smooth site operations Oversee delivery schedules, access routes, and traffic flow to avoid congestion and delays Coordinate crane, hoist, and vertical transport requirements with the lifting team Lead weekly logistics and delivery coordination meetings Act as the key link between site logistics, security, and project teams Manage accommodation and vehicle requirements for project personnel where required Requirements Previous experience in a Site Logistics or Construction Logistics Management role Experience working on large-scale construction projects, ideally Data Centres Strong organisational and coordination skills within fast-paced site environments Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Ability to manage multiple subcontractors, deliveries, and site priorities simultaneously Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to logistics planning Benefits Salary €75k - €99k Accommodation and return flights Vehicle in country Phone / Laptop 21 Days Annual Leave Pension Scheme Long-term career progression with a leading contractor If you are a Logistics Manager who is looking for your next career move, send your CV to Kate OHerlihy or call for a confidential discussion.
