Work one-on-one with children at our center (no evenings or weekends!) while implementing learning programs, collecting data, and celebrating each child’s progress. You’ll be surrounded by a collaborative team of BCBAs, RBTs, and practicum students who are as passionate as you are about making a difference.

$18 hourly starting salary
Responsibilities:
Participate in training and apply feedback to grow your skills.
Maintain cleanliness and organization within therapy spaces.
Engage children in structured and play-based learning activities.
Promote INSPIRE Autism’s values of integrity, teamwork, and client-centered care.
Deliver individualized
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under BCBA supervision.
Qualifications:
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
Physical ability to actively interact and engage with young children.
Eagerness to learn — ABA training provided!
Ability to pass background and child safety clearances.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
