Position Summary: This position will focus on clinical supplemental data acquisition and integration to support Aetna's quality measures including but not limited to Medicare Stars and Hedis. This role includes but is not limited to the following tasks: Develop and validate statistical models and predictive algorithms Perform exploratory data analysis on structured and unstructured datasets Build repeatable analytical solutions using established tools and best practices Partner with stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical approaches Produce insights, metrics, and dashboards to support decision-making Operate within defined governance, ethical, and data-privacy standards Required Qualifications Ability to translate business questions into analytical approaches and clearly articulate findings to non-technical stakeholders Strong written and verbal communication skills, with emphasis on communicating insights and recommendations Understanding of and adherence to data governance, privacy, and ethical standards in analytics work Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills applied to ambiguous or moderately complex analytical problems Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools, methods, and technologies as the analytics landscape evolves Ability to design repeatable, scalable analytical solutions using established best practices Strong capability in exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies Ability to work with large, complex datasets using SQL and analytical data environments Experience creating analytical outputs and visualizations using standard data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar) Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field) or equivalent practical experience. Master's degree preferred. Anticipated Weekly Hours: 40 Time Type: Full time Pay Range: The typical pay range for this role is: $72,100.00 - $144,200.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
