Roles & Responsibilities • Lead the end-to-end mobile application architecture using Ionic and Capacitor for hybrid development and Swift for native iOS components • Define mobile development standards, coding guidelines, and best practices • Drive technical decisions related to performance, security, scalability, and maintainability • Mentor and guide mobile developers across hybrid and native stacks • Collaborate with UX, Product Owners, Backend, DevOps, and Security teams • Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management • Ensure high-quality mobile releases through automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and performance optimization • Implement mobile security best practices (secure storage, encryption, authentication, certificate pinning, etc.) • Monitor and resolve production issues and support app lifecycle management
