About
*Position Overview:*
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. As an SLP, you will play a key role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication disorders for our students.
*Responsibilities:*
* Conducts comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
* Develops and implements individualized treatment plans to address students’ communication goals.
* Provides direct therapy services using a variety of techniques and modalities to improve speech, language, and cognitive abilities.
* Collaborates with clients, families, educators, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and support optimal outcomes.
* Documents progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
* Stays current on research and best practices in the field of speech-language pathology.
*Qualifications:*
* Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
* California state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP).
* Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
* Experience working with diverse populations and across age groups.
* Strong clinical skills and knowledge of assessment and intervention techniques.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

*Length of Work Year*
12 months: 180 regular schools days plus 20 Extended School year days

Pay: $81,000.00 - $131,000.00 per year
