Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
* Provide remote technical support to customers and Field Service Engineers;
* Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, software, and CNC-related issues;
* Support customers via phone, email, and remote diagnostic tools;
* Analyze machine alarms and technical problems to identify effective solutions;
* Coordinate with internal technical departments when escalation is required;
* Assist customers during machine start-up, operation, and maintenance activities;
* Open, manage, and update technical support tickets and service reports;
* Support spare parts identification and service intervention planning when necessary;
* Maintain accurate records of technical issues and solutions within company systems;
* Collaborate with Service, Engineering, and Sales departments to ensure efficient customer support;
* Contribute to continuous improvement of technical support procedures and knowledge sharing;
* Ensure timely response and professional communication with customers.
Pay: £32,397.41-£63,318.48 per year
