About the RoleAs a Store Manager, you'll have the opportunity to lead your own business within the business. You'll help build a strong, customer-focused culture while developing and supporting a team that enjoys coming to work each day.
This role is about much more than operations... it's about people. We're looking for someone who enjoys coaching others, recognizing potential, and helping team members grow into future leaders. You'll work closely with your Assistant Managers to help them learn the business, strengthen their leadership skills, and confidently support store operations.
Success in this role also comes from building strong relationships both inside and outside the store. Managers who engage with their local communities, build connections, and create networks often see tremendous success in growing customer loyalty, attracting great talent, and creating a store that people enjoy visiting.
In this role, you will:
- Lead, coach, and inspire your store team
- Build a positive and engaging work environment
- Develop and retain strong team members and future leaders
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Support hiring, training, scheduling, and team development
- Monitor store goals, performance metrics, and operational standards
- Complete audits and compliance responsibilities associated with retail operations
- Build relationships within the local community to support business growth and team recruitment
- Help create a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment customers want to return to
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Five years of progressively responsible retail experience preferred
- A positive, hands-on leadership style
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A passion for coaching, mentoring, and team development
- Comfort adapting in a fast-paced retail environment
- Reliability, professionalism, and strong organizational skills
- Flexibility to support a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance
