Your Key Responsibilities:

As an Assistant Manager, you will be a key leader in our restaurant, responsible for:

Leading Shifts: Running shifts effectively to ensure great food and excellent guest service.

Developing the Team: Acting as a coach and mentor, supporting a high-performing team through positive role modeling.

Upholding Standards: Maintaining strict compliance with all operational and food safety procedures.

Supporting Store Operations: Assisting with recruiting, training, staff supervision, and managing inventory.

Driving Success: Helping to motivate the team to meet sales targets and maximize profitability.

1-2 years of restaurant experience is preferred; management experience is a plus.

ServSafe Certified is preferred.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
