DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide post‑sales support and handle service‑related inquiries for existing customers.
Manage policies, including renewals and cancellations.
If licensed, bind new coverages and assist with policy changes.
Perform administrative duties such as scanning, filing, and maintaining records.
Collaborate with the agency team to ensure timely and accurate client service.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
2+ years of experience in an independent agency
Active 220 Florida Insurance License
Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
